NATURAL WAYS TO LIGHTEN YOUR ELBOW & KNEES

Rough, darkened knees and elbow are a common problem. They become dark because of dead skin cells. Elbow skin is naturally thicker and more prone to moisture loss than other skin.
On top of it, the wear and tear of leaning over them can further roughen the skin and make it coarse.

ii.                  Lemon/Lime Juice
iii.                Unadulterated Honey
iv.                Granulated Sugar
Mix the above items together in bowl and apply on your elbows and knees. Scrub gently with a soft brush, and then leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water, dry gently and moisturize with a mixture of Carrot Oil and Rose Water. This can be done once or twice a week.
METHOD 2
Things Needed:
i.                    Liquid Milk(contains lactic acid which reduces skin pigmentation)
ii.                  Baking Soda(helps to exfoliate dead skin cells)
Mix both together with enough milk to turn the baking soda into a paste. Apply on your elbows and knees, with a soft brush; gently scrub it in a circular motion for 20 minutes. Wash it off with warm water. Do this often until you notice your skin is lighter.

METHOD 3
Things Needed:
i.                    Lemon/Lime Juice
ii.                  Yogurt
Mix the juice and yogurt in a cup. Apply to your clean elbows and knees. With a soft brush, scrub it gently; allow to dry before washing off with warm water. Towel-dry and apply your moisturizer.

METHOD 4
Things Needed:
i.                    Sugar(White or Brown)
ii.                  Oil(Coconut, Olive or Carrot Oil)

Scrub with a soft brush very gently, and rinse out with warm water. This can be done once or twice a week.

METHOD 5
Things Needed:

Squeeze out a little juice from the lemon or lime, apply to your knees and elbows with a cotton bud, then scrub each lemon/lime halves onto your elbows and knees for 15 to 20 minutes. Rub away the pulp. Allow to dry, and then apply your moisturizing lotion to your elbows and knees. This method can be done daily.

METHOD 6
Things Needed:
i.                    Coconut Oil
ii.                  Lemon/Lime Juice
Mix one tspful of coconut oil with ½ tspful of lemon/lime juice in a small glass bowl. Rub this natural whitening solution onto your dark elbows and knees and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes.
