Soya beans powder is very nutritious, especially to baby and toddlers. It contain a lot of minerals, vitamins and omega-3 fats, all good for a growing child.
REQUIREMENTS:
Soya-beans: 5 cups(peak evaporated milk container);
Plantain: Unripe(2 medium size);
Fried Groundnuts or peanuts: (1 1/2 cup);

PREPARATION:
1. Select the soya-beans to remove stone, bad bean seed and dirt, wash and allow to dry;
2. Peel the unripe plantain, cut into flat chips or thin flakes and bake with your oven till crispy but not burnt;
3. Pour the soya beans in a dry pot and stir fry till they start turning slightly brown and the skin can be easily peeled off. Spread on a tray to cool;
4. If you have a heavy duty blender or miller, loosen the grinder and pass the soya beans through it once to separate the skin from the beans. Then carefully blow away the skin;

7. Spread out on a tray to cool before storing in containers. The soya beans powder is ready;
8. Store in an air-tight container.
