Mix-Fruits Shake For Babies and Toddlers

Mix-Fruits Shake

Mix-Fruits Shake: This is ideal for babies that have been weaned, and are been introduced to solids. This is a great way to ease the transition process from baby food to adult food. 


Ingredients:
  • Ripe avocado; 
  • Ripe banana; 
  • Ripe pawpaw;
  • Milk(Freshly prepared Soya milk
    or coconut milk
    or tiger nut milk
    )
  • Citrus Fruits(Ripe orange
    or Red Apple).  
Method of Preparation
  1. Wash and peel all the ingredients, then slice them into cubes;
  2. Pour the cubed ingredients into a blender, add a little distilled water and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved;
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a clean bowl and feed it directly to your baby.
