Mix-Fruits Shake: This is ideal for babies that have been weaned, and are been introduced to solids. This is a great way to ease the transition process from baby food to adult food.
Ingredients:
- Ripe avocado;
- Ripe banana;
- Ripe pawpaw;
- Milk(Freshly prepared Soya milk or coconut milk or tiger nut milk)
- Wash and peel all the ingredients, then slice them into cubes;
- Pour the cubed ingredients into a blender, add a little distilled water and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved;
- Pour the blended mixture into a clean bowl and feed it directly to your baby.
