Foods That Help To Fight And Prevent Belly Fats

We ladies in general crave for flat bellies, but the urge to nip and bite at almost everything that passes our nostrils, is preventing this from becoming a reality. I have discover that it is possible to achieve a flat or "not so flat" belly.  So ladies, whenever the urge to grab that cupcake, chocolate, or 'their kind' arises, do one of these...

1.) Fruits and Vegetables: These can be prepared into salads - fruit salad or vegetable salads. They can also be eaten whole as individual fruits or vegetables.
2.) Green Tea: This is very beneficial, especially when taken first
thing in the morning. It helps to curb your appetite, burn calories, improves the digestive system, boost immunity, full of antioxidants, prevent bad breath and boost your energy.
3.) Monounsaturated Fat: Also known as the "Good Fat". It has a low cholesterol level, heart friendly and easily digested. Sources include: Olive oil, Almonds, Peanut butter, Avocado pear, Nuts, etc
4.) Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Omega-3 fatty acids may have significant benefits in lowering the risk of heart disease, the nation’s top killer. They may also protect against depression, dementia, cancer, and arthritis. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in higher amounts in salmon, walnuts, and spinach.
5.) Spices: A spice is a dried seed, fruit, root, bark, or vegetable substance primarily used for flavoring, coloring or preserving food. Sometimes a spice is used to hide other flavors.


6.) Water: Water is life as the saying goes. It is very important that we drink at least eight glasses of water everyday for an overall stable health.
7.) Whole Grain: Whole grains or foods made from them contain all the essential parts and naturally-occurring nutrients of the entire grain seed in their original proportions. If the grain has been processed (e.g., cracked, crushed, rolled, extruded, and/or cooked), the food product should deliver the same rich balance of nutrients that are found in the original grain seed.
